Posterior Pelvic Pain Provocation test (P4 test)

In the P4 test (Posterior Pelvic Pain Provocation), axial pressure is applied to the knee joint when the hip is flexed at 90 degrees, and it is noted whether this triggers pain in the back of the pelvic joint.
